Although this product was purchased in error (the same Dell part number is used for at least 3 products, but all in different families...this is for the PA6 range whereas I wanted PA9 range) all communication was efficient and quick and the price is good. I would have given 5 stars had the product shipped quicker. I expect shipment the next business day whereas this took 3 days or so from memory. I would shop here again and recommend the site.
