Please note that during Chinese New Year (7th Feb, 2013 - 18th Feb, 2013), our office will be closed and dispatch will be very limited during this period. There will only be limited customer support to handle basic issues such as parcel tracking. Inquiries that are specifically related to products will only be answered after the Chinese New Year as our suppliers will be on holiday too.

If your parcel is not dispatched before 7th Feb, 2013, most likely it will only be dispatched after the holiday.Based on our past experience, we will have to process a large number of orders when the office re-opens and we seek your understanding about the delay.
